Hi! I’m jellie. I’m not a coder, so this site is kind of ugly.
I’m really into translating Japanese to English, but mostly for fandom-related things. I’m a huge fan of anime, jrpgs, vocaloid music, and odottemita, to name a few items, but this blog (whenever updated) will be pretty much devoted to jpop lyrics.

If you know what Tokyo Honyaku Quest/Anime!Anime! is, I also (used to) occasionally translate for them under the name Jellie.
I love translating songs, although they’re very difficult, especially with grammar. I don’t think my translations are going to be 100% perfect, but I hope they can provide people with a better understanding. On that note, I tend to translate on the more literal side, and am trying to get into the practice of translating phrase-for-phrase, to try and preserve the poetic nature of song lyrics. (Kind) Constructive feedback is welcomed!
While I don’t really expect traffic on here, but if anyone would like to use my translations for subbing a video or something, please, go ahead. Of course, you must credit me (Jellie) and link back to this blog or my twitter! And while I would love to see whatever video they’re used for, but telling me directly isn’t necessary.
